RATES FOR SERVICES

The standard rate for service and repair is $84.00/hr Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm with a 1-hr minimum and a maximum day labor rate of $500.00 plus expenses. After hours and Saturday service is available on an emergency basis at one and a half times the standard rate with a 2-hour minimum. If emergency service is necessary on a Sunday or Holiday double time rates apply with a 2hr minimum.

Local service calls within Southern California are based on a zone charge (Zones are determined by the distance from my office to your location in 15mi. increments one way as set forth by YAHOO Maps, Driving Directions) all zone charges include the first hour of service, lodging & meals will be added when an overnight stay is needed. This eliminates all travel time and expenses due to the high cost of fuel and delays caused by excessive traffic and bad weather conditions. Travel charges to locations outside the Zone area will include all expenses as incurred: Airfare, Lodging, Meals ($34.00/Day), rental car, Fuel, on an as needed basis, in addition to travel time charged at half the standard service rate.

Rates for special services such as consultation, machine inspection, and machine refurbish will be on a considered case-by-case basis.
